On Friday, October 27, 2017, starting at 10 am in the Rectorate building of the University of Niš, the lecture on the importance of applying open access was held for all interested professors, researchers and students within the International Open Access Week.
During this event the main goals and activities of the ERASMUS+ project BE-OPEN, which deals with the open science topics in Serbia, were also presented. At the end, the results of the survey on open access and open data in the academic and scientific community in Serbia (conducted during the spring of this year as a part of the BE-OPEN project activities) were shown.
