Slovak Centre of Scientific and Technical Information in Bratislava hosted this year's annual strategic membership meeting of the euroCRIS organization. The main theme of the meeting was Research Information and Open Science.

The meeting was an excellent opportunity for BEOPEN team members to exchange knowledge and talk over questions about the implementation of European data exchange standards and the establishment of institutional repositories in Serbia. Branko Milosavljević from the BEOPEN team and Susanna Mornati, Chief Operating Officer at 4Science, discussed relevant issues regarding the use of DSpace-CRIS platform as a possible universal platform for the national repositories and R&D information systems in Serbia.
